You always wanted to deepen your practice in African dance and African Contemporary dance? Here is your chance!

During this workshop I will guide you in the African Contemporary dance technique step by step. In this workshop we will focus on another aspect of this dance. The class is open to everyone with or without any dance experience, so that everyone can experience the joy of dancing!

African Contemporary dance will give you more strength and flexibility in the body, a healthy spine, grouding, better condition and coordination, experience with different rhythms and freedom in the body to move.
