Ceramic workshop + breath work

During this workshop we will connect the power of breath work and meditation/visualisation + ceramic

Through breath work and meditation/visualisation we calm the mind and tune into higher frequencies to receive images and messages that we will use to create a beautiful piece for your altar at home in the form of an incense holder, a mug or something else for your altar, using the ancient handbuilding technique of clay.

The earthy quality of clay is grounding and will draw you inside, giving you an insight into how you feel in this moment.  Through working with clay you make a connection between your eyes, mind and heart and open the flow of creativity.
